PRIVACY AND TERMS OF USE

The following applies to our websites regarding the processing of personal data and cookies:

Medvind Eventbyrå AS is responsible for the processing of personal data you provide us. When visiting our websites, you are anonymous. Your computer’s domain name (IP address) is registered, but not your e-mail address. If you buy services from us, or want access to content that requires registration, we may need certain personal information such as name, email address, profession/title, telephone number, food allergies, etc. The information is necessary to be able to offer our services.

Processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Personal information you provide to us is used so that we can provide you with better service and services, and is only used in line with the relevant purpose and in a secure manner. Your personal information will not be used for marketing purposes beyond the present event, nor will it be sold or passed on to third parties. Exceptions apply to selling or transfering business (e.g. if a company acquires all or significant parts of Medvind Eventbyrå AS assets or business, by fusion or merging of the company etc.). It may be necessary to share personal data due to legal requirements, requirements from public authorities, legal processes, etc. The information is stored on a server in Norway with an external data processor.

Medvind Eventbyrå AS stores the information for as long as is necessary for us to be able to carry out the purposes for which the information was collected, unless it is required or permitted by law that we store it longer. You have the right to access the information  Medvind Eventbyrå AS posess, and the scope and purpose of this processing. You have the right to data portability and can also demand that information is corrected, or withdraw your consent. Inquiries should be directed to the above address.

When connecting to our websites, we can automatically (i.e. not by registration) obtain non-personal data (for example, the type of browser and operating system used, the number of visits, the average time you are on the website, which pages you have viewed and domain name). We may use this data to monitor how popular our websites are and to improve features or content.

Medvind Eventbyrå AS is a data processor on behalf of the present client, and undertakes that personal data is processed in line with the Personal Data Protection Act and applicable regulations. We will not to use registered personal data for marketing purposes, or to sell personal data to third parties. Data processing agreements will be made with clients.

“COOKIES” – INFORMATION CAPSULES THAT ARE AUTOMATICALLY STORED ON YOUR COMPUTER:

When you visit our websites, we can store data on your computer in the form of a “cookie” to recognize your computer the next time you visit us. If you do not want to receive cookies, you can set up your browser so that it deletes all cookies from the hard drive on your computer, blocks all cookies or gives a message before a cookie is saved.

Our websites contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other websites. We consider the information on our websites to be reliable, but still cannot guarantee that the information is correct, complete or available at all times. We therefore disclaim any responsibility for errors, deficiencies and lack of availability on the pages.

Without affecting your rights under the law, Medvind Eventbyrå AS reserves the right to change this privacy and cookie statement to reflect technical progress and the law applicable at any time. If Medvind Eventbyrå AS changes its practice regarding privacy, this declaration will be updated with the changes, and we will inform you through the updated date of entry into force at the top of the declaration, publish a notice on our website and send you an e-mail at that e-mail address you have stated.
